Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain software using Python 3, Java, Rust, TypeScript, and C++ Implement new features and resolve bugs across existing systems Lead codebase refactoring efforts to improve maintainability and scalability Optimize application performance through profiling and algorithmic improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust engineering solutions Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, and Rust Working knowledge of TypeScript and C++ Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures Proven experience with bug fixing, feature development, and performance optimization Ability to navigate and improve large, complex codebases Compensation $100–$150/hr , depending on experience and expertise.
