Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service. Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options. Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system. Coordinate with the kitchen, bartenders, and food runners. Monitor tables and respond promptly to guests’ needs. Process payments accurately. Complete opening and closing duties and keep service areas clean. Follow food safety procedures and communicate allergy requests clearly.
Skills & Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment. Friendly, reliable, and a supportive team member. Familiarity with POS systems; Toast experience is a plus. Interest in Italian cuisine and wine. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
