Service Advisor / Front end receptionist (Fort St. John)

MegMar / Tirecraft (Fort St John, BC) – We are presently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of a Service Advisor to be the liaison between our customers and Tire Technicians & Mechanics.0. RESPONSIBILITIES · Create quotes and sell recommendations to customers based on their needs/wants · Follow preventative measures and manufactures recommendations for scheduling services & repairs · Write up work orders for sales and service transactions and present to the technicians · Take customer calls, telephone requests, write up work orders · Invoice all products and service sales once complete and process payment immediately · Handle sales and service at the front counter and on the telephone with a strong focus on facilitating the best possible customer service · Monitor all service activities to ensure work is completed on a first in – first out basis and that it is completed in a timely manner · Provide Store Manager with assistance / input concerning product selection and inventory levels for the retail shop · Complete product adjustments, including manufacture claim forms, on a timely basis · Maintain product and service displays in a marketable and clean appearance QUALIFICATIONS · Must have Mechanical background · Previous experience in a leadership position would be an asset · Previous experience in retail automotive/tire industry · Valid drivers license · Computer Literate · Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits - Casual dress - Dental care - Disability insurance - Extended health care - Life insurance - In office parking - Store discount - Vision care Ability to commute/relocate: - Fort St.
