Responsibilities: Own and manage end to end IT service delivery across IT and OT environments Drive SLA and KPI performance and continuous service improvement Lead incident, problem, and change management processes Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and service disruptions Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, vendors, and stakeholders Maintain operational stability across complex hybrid infrastructure Ensure governance and compliance within ITIL aligned frameworks Skills/Must have: Proven experience in Service Delivery or Service Management roles Strong understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks Experience with enterprise networking technologies including Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, or Fortinet Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD WAN, routing, switching, firewall, and VPN Experience operating in hybrid IT environments Ability to manage high pressure incidents and stakeholder communication Benefits: Exposure to advanced smart infrastructure and OT environments Hybrid working model based in Sydney Opportunity to work across complex, high impact systems Strong career progression within a specialised technology environment Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 + benefits
