Responsibilities: Building and improving internal operational tooling and platform services Enhancing monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities Working closely with trading, platform, and infrastructure teams Driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives Supporting high-performance Linux environments and distributed systems Participating in architectural discussions and platform improvements Required Skills/Qualifications: Strong SRE, Production Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering background Experience working in high-availability, performance-focused environments Strong Linux and troubleshooting skills Python or Go development experience Experience with observability and operational tooling Comfortable working closely with highly technical stakeholders Working Environment: Tech Stack Linux Kubernetes Prometheus / Grafana Python or Go Bare-metal / on-prem infrastructure CI/CD and automation tooling Exposure to C++ environments beneficial Location: Amsterdam (on-site) Benefits: Exceptional bonus scheme Leading company benefits package Salary: Up to €200,000 Basic Salary Per Annum (flexible depending on experience)
