Software Solution Architect

Short Description: This senior technical consultant position works as a chief architect and functional specialist of the software application called Local Accounting System Replacement (LASR) Complete Description: Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the field. Job Description: This senior technical consultant position works as a chief architect and functional specialist of the software application called Local Accounting System Replacement (LASR) primarily used by Bureau of Accounting and Financial Management (BAFM) department and Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU) of MDHHS.

LASR is a customized application of financial and HR modules of Oracle’s E-Business Suite. This resource will be responsible for designing and changing the application architecture setups, detail planning and execution of software upgrades, provide technical and functional support for production issues, and be the lead liaison to interact with technical and user groups. Create new interfaces and provide support to existing interfaces with other state financial systems like MAIN/SIGMA.

Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience The resource should possess strong Technical and functional skills in Financial and HR products of Oracle’s E-Business Suite versions 11i & Release 12 Required 5 Years The consultant should have extensive functional and technical knowledge in Purchase Order (PO), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR) Required 5 Years As a Technical Specialist, know the Oracle database components and objects (tables, views, synonyms, procedures etc.) involved in each module Required 5 Years As a Functional Specialist, setup new and Multi-organizations, defining set of books, chart of accounts, Budgets, PO work flows, bank accounts Required 5 Years Perform as a System Administrator managing users, responsibilities, menus, concurrent managers and processes, data groups, XML Publishers Required 5 Years Possess strong skill administering IBM FileNet system (IS, IDM, security, Storage management, Indexing, MKF, and application administration).

Required 5 Years Have web development (.NET, ASP, JAVA ) and administration skills. Required 5 Years Experienced in setting up all setting up all these modules from scratch and customize per business requirements. Required 10 Years Experience working with Oracle’s E-Business Suite (11i and Release 12) financial modules Purchase Order (PO), Accounts Payables (AP), Acct. Receivable Required 10 Years Experienced in setting up Multi-org architecture, books of accounts, budgets, Month and Year End Closing, data analysis, export and import.

Required 10 Years Experience leading and managing projects including Oracle E-Business suite upgrades. Required 5 Years System administration experience in IBM FileNet, web applications and sites. Required 5 Years
