Sous Chef

Typical duties: Supervising cooks and kitchen staff Assisting with menu planning and recipe development Ensuring food quality and presentation standards Managing inventory and food orders Training new kitchen employees Monitoring food safety and sanitation practices Coordinating kitchen workflow during service Filling in for the head chef when needed Should have strong cooking skills, leadership ability, time management, and experience in a professional kitchen.
