You’ll be responsible for transforming complex industry insights and value propositions into clear, engaging, and effective content that spans multiple channels.The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience writing for B2B companies, including at least two years within a marketing agency environment. Experience across web, email, print, search, paid social, organic social, and other mediums is required.Successful candidates will demonstrate expertise in grammatical and AP Style rules and provide a portfolio showcasing past copywriting projects.
This role requires strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to managing daily tasks and deadlines.Daily Responsibilities Include:Writing for various channels such as webpages, emails, newsletters, blogs, case studies, ads, and social mediaCollaborating in creative brainstorm sessions with the production teamEditing and proofreading content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and AP StyleManaging competing priorities and tight deadlines with efficiencyIncorporating feedback from internal teams and clients to revise contentRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven marketing agency experience in a copywriting or content production role7+ years of experience crafting clear, concise, and impactful copyDemonstrated success in content strategies that achieve lead generation and business goalsBachelor’s degree in journalism, English, creative writing, communications, or a related fieldExperience writing across multiple formats (short-form and long-form) for web, email, print, search, paid and organic social mediaExcellent proofreading and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and AP StyleExperience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsStrong ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teamsExpertise in transforming creative briefs into compelling content assetsMastery in adapting to different brand voices and stylesStrong understanding of SEO and how to optimize content for search enginesWhat We OfferRedRover offers competitive compensation as well as an innovative benefits package including: $2,000 in annual vacation expense reimbursement to encourage you to get away and unplug; paid maternity/paternity leave including with newly adopted children; retirement contributions after a period of tenure; healthcare, dental, and vision benefits; generous paid time off that escalates with tenure; flex benefits that can be applied toward pet insurance, daycare expense reimbursement, fitness/wellness benefits; and flexible hours.
