STICK WELDER Location: Lancaster, WI Pay: $22+/hr (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift We are seeking a skilled Stick Welder to join a manufacturing team producing modular and manufactured homes. This role involves fabricating and assembling steel components such as frames, supports, and structural elements in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on steel frames and components (primary process) Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Fabricate, position, and secure structural parts for home chassis and framing Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and accuracy Perform industrial painting on fabricated components and structures using spray equipment and other painting tools Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking materials Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment, paint systems, and production machinery Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow OSHA and company safety standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with MIG welding (Stick welding experience preferred) Ability to read and use measuring tools (tape measure, square, etc.) Basic blueprint reading skills Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus) Preferred Qualifications: Previous welding experience in manufacturing or construction AWS certification or similar (preferred but not required) Experience working in a production environment To Apply: Send your resume to [email protected] Sedona Staffing Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
