Strategy Director – Safety, Security, and Fire Protection

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive national strategy for safety, security, and fire protection, ensuring alignment with organizational and governmental goals. Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures. Policy Development and Compliance: Formulate and update policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with international best practices and regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific safety and security standards. Leadership and Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects effectively. Collaborate with government bodies, emergency services, and private sectors to foster a unified approach to safety and security. Program Development and Oversight: Design and manage nationwide programs for fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and risk management.

Oversee the implementation of advanced technologies and systems to enhance security and fire protection capabilities. Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver national awareness campaigns and training programs to promote a culture of safety and preparedness. Establish benchmarks for continuous improvement through performance metrics and audits. Crisis Management: Lead national-level crisis response efforts, coordinating with relevant agencies during emergencies to ensure swift and effective actions.

Conduct post-incident reviews to refine response protocols and improve outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security Studies, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within safety, security, or fire protection. Expertise in policy development, risk management, and compliance with safety and security standards.

Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives and cross-sector collaborations. Strong understanding of national and international safety and fire protection regulations and standards.
