JOB DESCRIPTION Compensation:Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000Annual bonus opportunity (rookie average level) - $5,000 - $15,000Annual bonus opportunity (veteran average level) - $15,000 - $35,000Supplemental Pay Types: Commission Pay, Car Allowance, Reimbursement for Business ExpensesEmployee Benefits:We invest in our people - 401K matching AND a 100% company sponsored pension plan, along with strong medical, dental & vision benefits programWorld-class training and a commitment to ongoing career development and long-term growthYou'll have flexibility to work from your home office when not in the field meeting clientsKey Responsibilities:Manage Stonhard flooring construction projects at customer job sitesManage Stonhard projects utilizing Total Project Management (TPM) guidelinesPresent and promote Stonhard's products and services to industrial and commercial accounts, supporting Stonhard Territory Managers & Project Engineers within the regionDuties include Material Management, Scheduling, Quality Control, Safety, Change Orders, and Post Job ReportsWork closely with installation teams in the training and proper application of Stonhard projectsQualifications:Two or more years of related construction project management requiredStrong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skillsAbility to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibilityComputer literacy required, including experience with Microsoft 365, and CRM systems preferred (Salesforce)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
