What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering engaging, curriculum-based lessons using pre-set work Maintaining a positive, respectful, and well-managed classroom environment Supporting learning across a range of subjects and year groups Managing behaviour in line with school policies Encouraging participation, focus, and a love of learning Providing feedback and maintaining strong communication with school staff Supporting learners and making a difference every single day ✅ What You’ll Need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in a secondary school setting Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) EWC registration (or willingness to register) Strong classroom management and adaptability Excellent communication and organisational skills Ready to Make a Difference?
