Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic team at Little Walters. As a Food Runner/Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area.

Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate order timing and special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Help with setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or busy shifts. Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils as required. Requirements Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
