For our client in Bocholt, we are looking for a Team Leader Transport & Customs. In this role, you will take on a key position within the logistics operations of a high-volume production environment with strict quality and compliance requirements. You will be responsible for the smooth, correct and efficient handling of transport flows, export documentation, customs files and excise duty administration.
In addition, you will manage a small team and act as the point of contact for internal stakeholders and external logistics partners. In this role, you combine operational follow-up with clear leadership and process monitoring. You ensure that deadlines are met, files are complete and error-free, and that logistics processes align with the needs of production, planning and administration. Your responsibilities: • Coordinating and monitoring national and international transport, with a focus on export and customs.
• Ensuring the correct preparation and timely processing of export documents, customs files and excise duty declarations. • Leading and coaching staff within transport and freight forwarding. • Monitoring transport planning, delivery reliability and operational priorities. • Identifying deviations, risks and areas for improvement, and actively contributing to process optimisation. • Ensuring compliance with legislation, internal procedures and quality requirements.
