Technical Controller (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a renowned company specialising in naval shipbuilding and systems engineering in Kiel, we are looking for you as a Technical Controller (m/f/d) as part of a temporary placement with the option of a permanent role .

You will be responsible for defining and designing the technical KPIs for the main system, as well as for ensuring they are continuously aligned with all relevant stakeholders You will also be responsible for independently producing meaningful reports to measure technical performance and identify critical project issues Furthermore, you will oversee the determination of technical completion rates and systematically consolidate key status updates from the sub-system level up to the overall programme level Conducting management review meetings to assess technical progress and generating clear KPI dashboards are also part of your responsibilities As part of your role, you will support the updating of project forecasts based on actualfigures, as well as carrying out in-depth root-cause analyses in the event of deviations Finally, you will be responsible for the early identification of technical risks in project execution and for developing effective control measures to rectify deviations from plan You have successfully completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, engineering or economics, or a comparable qualification you also have some relevant professional experience in project planning and project management, as well as knowledge of naval shipbuilding or additional qualifications such as Six Sigma or IPMA Your solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications and modern SAP systems sets you apart in your day-to-day controlling work Your business-fluent command of written and spoken German enables you to communicate precisely and seamlessly with all stakeholders Furthermore, you bring a high level of methodological competence, a structured approach, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to assert yourself To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany flexible working hours for a healthy work-life balance 30 days’ statutory holiday entitlement for optimal rest attractive remuneration in line with the IG Metall collective agreement a company pension scheme to secure your future a modern canteen with a varied range of on-site catering options a wide range of targeted professional development opportunities What you can always count on at persona service: thorough preparation for your interview with our client a monthly allowance of €50 towards your travel costs, depending on the role – e.g.
