The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, and technically proficient self-starter who can lead integration initiatives from discovery through successful production rollout.This role serves as the primary technical point of contact for integration projects, working closely with clients, technology partners, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementations. Integrations include both TireConnect integrating with third-party platforms and external systems integrating with the TireConnect platform.The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of APIs and cloud-based integrations with excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.**This is a remote role - our ideal candidate will need to live in the Greater Toronto area**** The anticipated annual salary range for this full-time position would be $81,600 - $90,000, based on experience and qualifications ** ResponsabilitésOwn integration projects from initial discovery through successful production rollout from a technical perspective.

Analyze partner requirements and recommend the most appropriate integration approach based on business and technical needs. Collaborate with internal engineering, product, QA, and support teams, as well as external technology partners. Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle. Coordinate and lead technical meetings, track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Review API documentation and assist partners with technical onboarding and implementation planning. Validate integration requirements, data mappings, business rules, and end-to-end workflows. Troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing API requests, responses, logs, and system behavior, coordinating resolutions with internal and external teams. Coordinate integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
