Temporary HR Advice & Support Lead – Local Authority

Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working in partnership with a reputable public sector organisation, who are seeking an experienced HR professional to join their HR Operations team as a HR Advice & Support Lead. This is a fast-paced and varied role, providing professional advice, guidance and end-to-end case management support to managers across sickness absence and employee relations matters.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing a proactive and consistent HR advisory service, supporting managers with complex employee relations cases whilst working closely with HR Business Partners, Health, Safety & Wellbeing teams and Legal Services. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative HR environment, contributing to continuous improvement, policy development and the effective management of employee relations cases.
