Location : Phoenix, Arizona Salary : $25-31/hr Benefits : Full benefits Type : Contract to Hire Sponsorship Available : No Must Have Skills : Prior work history within managed service provider (MSP) settings Proven background overseeing systems, networks, and server infrastructure Practical, hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms Comfortable using ticketing platforms and thriving in high-tempo work environments Responsibilities : Assess system errors and prioritize them based on how critical the issue is Deploy, set up, and update PC applications and operating systems, and handle onsite and escalated support tasks Deliver remote assistance to clients and end users by phone or web, using remote-control tools to identify and fix problems Handle new account creation, email setup across computers and mobile devices, password resets, and the installation of printers and software on client machines Record resolution details for completed tickets, add notes for escalations, and build and update documentation covering customer networks Resolve software, hardware, and network problems, escalate to senior support to meet SLAs, and support the projects team as needed If the above seems like a fit, then apply!!
