Job Summary The Training Manager is responsiblefor managing the operationalactivities of the Learning and Development (L&D) department supporting Operations.. The Training Manager works closely with internal business partnersand clients to ensuretraining effectiveness, operationalefficiency,and alignment with organizational goals.
