Responsibilities: Operate mini excavators, backhoes, skid steers, and chain trenchers Perform directional drilling Support underground telecommunications construction projects Perform manual labor tasks including hauling and hoisting materials Organize and maintain tools and equipment Trim trees and clear brush at job sites Assist with confined space entry and traffic control in work zones Follow all safety procedures and incident reporting protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Skills / Must Haves: Valid driver’s license (CDL-A preferred but not required) Experience operating heavy equipment; certification preferred Telecommunications field experience Ability to work at heights, in manholes, and confined spaces Benefits: Free health insurance for all full-time employees Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities (1.5x) Career growth within a stable, infrastructure-focused organization Work on essential connectivity and utility projects Salary: $25-$33 Per hour
