We have been retained by a new casino resort with significant growth and development plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing leader to serve as a highly visible representative on behalf of the property and Tribe, playing a key role in personally cultivating relationships with guests, business partners, and key contacts across the industry. The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing, player acquisition, engagement, loyalty, and player development strategies that drive revenue, visitation, and long-term customer value.
The ideal candidate will oversee the customer acquisition and retention initiatives across domestic and international markets, with a particular focus on high-value and premium customers. The position reports directly to the Executive Vice President. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred At least five years of leadership experience in casino marketing Experience with domestic and international gaming markets is preferred Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing and/or player development strategies that produce measurable revenue results Salary Range: $200,000 - $275,000; maximum range is flexible, commensurate with experience Only qualified candidates will be contacted.
