Responsibilities: • Conversion of layered design mock-ups (typically in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator formats) into responsive HTML5 and CSS • Creation of responsive web sites, landing pages and HTML emails • Creation of pages and posts for review • WordPress theme customization • Source and deploy various WordPress plugins on websites • Optimize layouts and performance issues • Backup, transfer and deploy multiple WordPress websites and databases • Collaborate with design and marketing staff Requirements: • Experience in developing WordPress websites • Solid foundation in PHP development • Expertise in HTML5, CSS and Javascript programming (Vanilla JS and JQuery) • Working knowledge of MySQL databases • Experience using Git repositories • Good communication skills
