Job Description: Young Men’s Buyer Job Functions: •Develop product assortments that appeal to the target customer and market trends •Exercise independent judgment and take initiative to drive business results •Support company strategies with emphasis on sales goals, gross margins, trend management, and Open to Buy budgets •Maintain Purchase Order system and manage receipt flow •Build and maintain Vendor relations •Prepare for meetings and projects with Management Staff Requirements: •Applicants should have 3-5 years buying experience in the Action Sports Industry and be active participants in the skateboarding, surfing and snowboarding youth culture.

•Strong product, negotiation, analytical, communication and leadership skills •Ability to work as a team member •Computer proficiency including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. •Thorough knowledge or retail math such as gross margin, open-to-buy calculations, initial markup calculations, turnover, etc. •Highly proactive and entrepreneurial spirit Please submit cover letter and resume through Malakye.com
