Competitive Pay – Eligible for Labor Commissions and Overtime pay Comprehensive Benefits – Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision at affordable rates Supplemental Benefits – Eligible to enroll in life insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Retirement Savings – 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off – Holidays, sick time, vacation, and special “Happy Days” for life events available day one Employee Discounts – Save on company products Career Growth – Opportunities for skill development and advancement What You’ll Do: PM Maintenance all class of trucks, primarily class 8 semis Oil/ Filter(s) Fuel Filter(s) Air Filters Air Dryers Chassis Greased Heavy and Medium duty alignments , we mainly do class 8 semi 3 axle but also get sprinkled in with Ford F250 (Class 2) trucks and up Brakes, shocks, air bags, brake chambers, airlines, lighting (including trailers), all truck classes DOT Inspections truck and or trailers Minor diesel engine work mostly hang on parts, water pumps, belts, pullies, alternators, some exhaust/ aftertreatment work on Cummins diesels Maintenance on our Pomp’s owned trucks including: Brakes PM services including transmission and rear differential service Shocks Hub bearings Drive shaft replacement and balancing Lighting and electrical Lift gate repair and replacement Minor body repairs, door hinges mirrors straighten re step bumpers minor things like this Air compressor repair and replacement on service trucks Body off and on, truck upfitting for service vehicles What You Need: Diesel mechanical knowledge/experience required Passenger automotive knowledge/experience required Ability to use basic hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, air wrench and other essential tools Ability to lift, push, carry, and/or move a maximum of 100 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and reach without difficulty.
