As a CNC machine operator, you will produce precision metal components and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards. You will earn €3.100 to €3.200 gross per month, excluding a 20% shift allowance, and have the opportunity to build a long-term career with an international manufacturing company.What are you going to do?As a CNC machine operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
You will operate modern machinery used to manufacture metal components, including screws and bolts for the construction industry. From setting up machines to monitoring production quality, you will use your technical skills to ensure that products meet the required specifications.Your responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture metal components;- Monitor the production process and make adjustments when necessary;- Inspect products for dimensional accuracy, quality, and defects;- Identify and resolve machine issues and production deviations;- Perform quality checks and record production data;- Follow all applicable safety procedures and quality standards.You will work full-time in a three-shift system with the following working hours:- Morning shift: 06:00–14:00;- Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00–22:00;- Night shift: 22:00–06:00.What do we offer?- A gross monthly salary of €3.100 to €3.200, excluding a 20% shift allowance;- 25 vacation days and 8,33% holiday allowance;- Pension contributions starting on your first working day;- A full-time position with the prospect of long-term employment;- Opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge through the Adecco Academy.Where will you work?You will join an international manufacturing company that produces technical fastening materials and other components for various industries, including construction.
