We are looking for Labeling Operator to support day-to-day production activities within a GMP environment. The Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician will work across multiple production lines (automated, semi-automated, and manual) and help ensure that safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met. - Operate production equipment and run manufacturing processes in line with approved - procedures and standard work.
- Support safe and compliant execution of activities, ensuring quality and documentation standards are followed. - Collaborate closely with other operators and the line lead to deliver daily production targets. - Escalate deviations, issues, or safety/quality concerns clearly and promptly, using factual communication. - Contribute to shift handovers to ensure smooth continuity of work and clear status updates.
- Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and ways of working. - Take ownership of assigned tasks, training obligations, and results, demonstrating accountability and maturity. - Remain flexible to switch between lines and tasks based on operational priorities. - 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical/GMP experience preferred). - Comfortable working with standard operating procedures and structured ways of working.
