To help us take the next step, we are looking for a Performance Management Lead within People & Culture, who combines deep Performance Management expertise with a broader Organisational Development (OD) perspective - turning ambitions into practical approaches that work across Kramp.
Your role As Performance Management Lead, you play a key role in strengthening Kramp's performance and growth culture across Europe. Your primary focus is Performance Management: connecting our strategy and priorities to what teams and individuals do every day, strengthening performance and ownership, and helping people grow and develop. You combine a clear conceptual view with hands-on implementation.
You help make Performance Management meaningful for managers and employees, with effective processes and technology supporting what matters most: clear goals and great performance and development conversations. Alongside Performance Management, you contribute to the wider OD and People & Culture (P&C) agenda, helping us translate our ambitions into practical ways of working that build Kramp, now and for the future.
