View the Dutch version . You will build a new team and oversee the start-up of two new production lines for batch mixing and packaging. You will have considerable input into how the department is set up and how it operates.
Once the lines are running, day-to-day production and continuous improvement will be your responsibility. • You help to select, train and develop 2 production supervisors and 6 operators, and you have a strong presence on the shop floor. • You work closely with the Project Manager on the installation and commissioning of the new production lines. • During approximately 4 work visits to Germany, each lasting several days, you will learn the processes and prepare for the start-up in Maastricht.
• You develop work instructions, ensure safe production, and manage staff scheduling and the required administration. • You ensure your team works safely with hazardous raw materials, using filtered respiratory protective masks. Thorough training and compliance with safety procedures are essential. • After the start-up of the first line in Q1 2027, you coordinate daily production planning with your German colleague, taking allergens, capacity and staffing into account.
• You participate in the daily start-up meeting and you stand in for fellow team leaders and the Production Manager when required. • During the start-up phase, you report to the Operations Manager. Thereafter, expected from Q3 2027, you will report to the Production Manager.
