Responsibilities: Champion and practice IT Change Management policies and standards Develop, maintain, and communicate Change Management Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for OT Networks Review/Approve proposed changes and correct any incorrect or missing documentation needed to obtain CAB approval.

Coordinate/Reschedule changes between IT infrastructure, IT systems, and external and internal stakeholders to execute changes by IT Change Management approval procedures, including Restricted Operation. Review/Approve changes post-implementation to validate success/failure and enable timely closure. Lead efforts to increase standard change usage, create change models, and use automated checks, testing, and deployment to optimize change management functions.

Coach and guide assignees on change management best practices and standards Partner with internal standards groups to ensure compliance. Collaborate and partner with ServiceNow Product Manager to modernize and optimize the ServiceNow Change Management application. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Process Improvement, Computer Science, or a similar field of study 1 year of IT Service Management Frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.) 1 year of ServiceNow 1 year of SOC2, SOX, NERC CIP, and/or other regulatory entities 1 year of leading small to medium-sized teams Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to partner effectively and execute Flexible, driven, and results-oriented Experience: Advanced understanding of ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management Advanced experience in Change Conflict Detection Advanced experience in automated Change Management processes Special Benefits you will love: Flexible vacation paid unlimited holidays and paid sick days 401(k) with up to 2% employer match Health, vision, and dental insurance Why Patterned Learning AI?
