As a Senior Sales Development Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our cutting-edge data observability solutions. You will be the technical expert and a key liaison between our customers and the sales team, demonstrating the value and capabilities of our products to address customer challenges effectively.

Responsibilities: Create short, compelling prospect outreach emails explaining rater8’s value proposition, customized to each potential client to generate product demos Accurately track sales opportunities and prospective customer interactions in our CRM system Work collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective business development strategies Create other marketing and sales collateral to support sales efforts as needed Stay up-to-date on product features, and benefits Achieve monthly lead generation goals Qualifications: A compelling storyteller and excellent writer Confident and great at selling ideas in a clear, articulate manner An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and listening skills Highly self-motivated Technically savvy, resourceful, and able to learn new products and processes quickly Able to think on your feet and be a confident problem solver Highly organized and detail-oriented Interested in cool software and facile with technology Proactive and interested in a fast-track career with tremendous opportunity for growth Disciplined in meeting targets and ready to work hard.
