Mid-Senior Front Office Developer (Rust/C++)

Mid-Senior Front Office Developers to build and enhance high-performance trading systems. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable systems, and working in a fast-paced, low-latency environment.  Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Rust and/or C++. Build scalable, reliable, and low-latency systems that support front office trading activities.

Participate in system architecture, technical design, and component ownership throughout the software development lifecycle. Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization. Collaborate closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and reliability.

Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 4–8 years of software engineering experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Strong programming experience in Rust and/or C++. Hands-on experience building low-latency or high-performance systems. Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, concurrency, and performance optimization.

Demonstrated ownership of key system components or technical initiatives. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Stable career history with consistent technical growth. Nice to Have Experience in electronic trading, capital markets, fintech, or financial services. Exposure to C or Zig. Familiarity with Linux, multithreading, networking, and distributed systems.
