Project Manager -Digital Marketing Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager to coordinate lead generation marketing for a legal client, from paid media on Google and Meta to the systems that route leads to the Call Center and CRM. Responsibilities Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple concurrent campaigns and projects (60%) Coordinate Intake, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Management to keep work aligned and on-brand Run status meetings, document workflows, and flag risks and bottlenecks early Oversee rollout of new tools, integrations, and lead-routing workflows into the CRM Partner with media buyers on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; track and report on performance with clear recommendations (30%) Review campaign, social, and email copy for clarity and compliance Prepare concise updates for leadership (10%) Qualifications 3+ years of project or program management in digital marketing, advertising, or lead generation, preferably in services or agency settings Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads and how they drive lead volume and quality Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication Comfort using data to guide decisions Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar) Nice to Have Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations (Zapier, Law Ruler, Salesforce) Background or interest in the legal industry PMP, CAPM, or similar certification
