JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full project lifecycle for B2B or B2C platform development — from initial planning and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch and post-launch review. Coordinate and align cross-functional teams, including Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps and Product. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track.
Identify, assess and manage project risks, escalating issues proactively where needed. Translate business and product requirements into clear, actionable execution plans for technical teams. Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, dependencies and delivery timelines. Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and monitor costs against approved allocations. Ensure project documentation (plans, requirements, meeting minutes, change logs) is properly maintained and up to date. Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, tools and best practices within the team. Support recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of project team members where required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, DevOps, Product). Strong skills in project planning, timeline management, resource planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated ability to translate business/product requirements into structured execution plans for technical teams.
