We are continuously on the lookout for top-tier freelancers to join our Approved Freelancers List (AFL) . What We're Looking For: We are recruiting candidates who are 100% freelancers—those who manage their own clients and projects independently, without being employed as full-time employees or contractors in any company. Our AFL is exclusively for professionals based in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries , and it’s essential to note that this is not a job opening for an immediate project. Instead, we are building our pool of talent for when relevant projects arise.

Joining our AFL involves the following steps: Initial Screening Interview – We assess your fit for our future opportunities. Technical Test – Demonstrate your expertise through a practical assessment. Tech Interview (Project-Specific) – When a relevant project becomes available, we’ll invite you to a technical interview specific to that opportunity. By joining our AFL, you’ll be at the forefront when new projects emerge, offering you a prime opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic and innovative team.

If you’re a passionate freelancer eager to take on exciting challenges, we want to hear from you! Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: Native Spanish and at least B2 English. At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Strong skills in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.

Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A portfolio or examples of your web development work. Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with mobile development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.

Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. Ensuring the scalability and performance of web applications.

Implementing security and data protection measures. Benefits Competitive day rates paid in £GBP or $USD. Opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects for European and US brands. A collaborative and innovative work environment. A supportive team that values your ideas and contributions. Details
