Sr. Energy Solutions Development Engineer - REMOTE

Do you want to be a part of a company that is a leader in the energy industry? Our team strives to provide our customers with innovative energy solutions tailored to each client. Half of the entire Honeywell portfolio is linked directly to energy efficiency, and we have completed over 5,000 efficiency projects that are expected to deliver more than $5 billion in utility and operational savings around the globe.

Honeywell Sustainable Building Technologies (SBT) does not just focus on a singular set of solutions, but rather, takes a comprehensive view of the entire facility/customer site to identify potential opportunities, discover issues, and identify recommended improvements. We help our customers create an energy strategy that addresses financial obligations and provides scalability for the future. We are currently seeking a Senior Energy Solutions Development Engineer based in New Jersey (flex/remote worker) to support SBT project development throughout North America.

In this capacity you will engage primarily in central plant design and optimization projects across our Public, Federal, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) markets to provide engineering support for our sales team. In addition, you will: use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions; provide both external and internal consultations; help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training; foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs; and participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations.
