Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and availability. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions. Collaborate with service technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software. Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in a call center or automotive service environment is a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation of $15.00 - $22.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
