Woody Sales Associates are the face of the dealer sales experience. Their hard work makes it possible to uphold Woody’s company philosophy, providing quality vehicles and the best possible service. Their smiles and pleasant demeanors keep customers coming back time and time again. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 annually Responsibilities: Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience. Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and understand customer needs. Provide assistance with vehicle selection, delivery and follow-up after the purchase. Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics. Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve. Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations.
Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
