What We Offer $20.00/hr+ based on experience — Weekly Pay Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Employee Vehicle Purchase Plan Flexible Work Schedule Long-Term Job Security Growth & Advancement Opportunities Family-Owned and Operated What You'll Do Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Communicate directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates What We're Looking For Ford Certification required ASE Certification required 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred B-level qualifications including diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair Previous Ford dealership experience a plus Strong mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications Steady hands, excellent hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Selinsgrove Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
