Obtain vehicle information Dispatch work to technicians Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time and parts estimated arrival Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order REQUIREMENTS: Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Great communication skills.

Attention to detail. Comfortable with latest technology. Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is desired. High energy level and desire to serve.
