Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Observe and report changes in the client's condition Accurately document care provided Follow each client's individualized care plan Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of caregiving or personal care experience Valid driver's license / reliable transportation Eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check Dependable, compassionate, and professional Ability to work independently while following care plans Why Join Always Best Care?
