Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales goals established by the Sales Manager. Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, safety systems, and available options. Explain financing options, warranties, and available accessories to maximize customer value. Offer and conduct test drives while following dealership procedures for customer identification and documentation.
Build strong customer relationships through active listening, product knowledge, and outstanding service. Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business. Utilize the dealership CRM to maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow-up. Review daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales effectiveness.
Stay informed on Ford products, current incentives, promotions, and industry trends. Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
