Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required) Proven record of strong CSI performance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and analytical abilities Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and additional benefits offered 401(k) Paid time off and holidays All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre-employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre-employment drug test and be able to present a valid drivers' license.
