Provide accurate and timely repair estimates and timelines. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient work completion. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout the service process. Manage service orders and maintain detailed records. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in automotive service advising or a similar role is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services is an advantage.
