URGENT HIRING: PART-TIME TEACHER AIDE Help young learners grow, learn, and thrive — while growing with a supportive teaching team! Bambini Montessori Academy is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to join our teaching team. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive classroom environment, we’d love to have you on our team! As a Teacher Aide, you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to help create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities As a Teacher Aide, you will: Assist with classroom activities and daily routines Supervise and engage with children to support their growth and learning Prepare and organize classroom materials Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment The Teacher Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
