As our Advanced Multi Craft Maintenance Technician, you'll repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and install equipment across an automated processing facility — keeping operations running safely and reliably.

What You'll Do Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and keep accurate records Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including PLCs Maintain motors, belts, boilers, and the wastewater pretreatment system; weld and fabricate as needed Lubricate and service shafts, bearings, gears, and other components Assist with emergency repairs to minimize downtime Maintain safety and cleanliness standards; collaborate across departments What You Need High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of maintenance experience Strong mechanical background troubleshooting industrial equipment — boilers, hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical, PLCs Basic computer skills and ability to read technical literature Flexible schedule; ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand up to 7 hrs/shift Why You'll Like It Here Pay: $25–$35/hr, depending on experience Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Paid Vacation Hands-on work where your skills make a visible difference Apply Now — bring your multi-craft maintenance skills to a growing, family-owned company.
