Cocktail Servers - Apotheke Bar South Beach

We're looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven Cocktail Servers to join our team! As a Cocktail Sever, you'll deliver warm, attentive service, share your knowledge of our menu, and bring positive energy to every table. RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensuring all guest has an enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant experience. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drink selections to enhance the experience. Thoroughly answer all food and beverage preparation questions. Making managers aware of any special accommodation, such as specific food allergies prior to reporting it to the kitchen. Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.

Check on guests during their drinks to ensure satisfaction and address requests/concerns. Requirements/Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 or more years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/lounge. Strong knowledge of wine, and cocktails Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Ability to multi-task A true passion for hospitality and guest connection Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic Available to work nights, weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
