Responsibilities Under general supervision, installs, configures, and supports a local area network, wide area network, internet system, computers, desktops and/mobile devices.
Performs necessary maintenance to support network availability. Minimum Qualifications B achelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of related experience in system administration or IT support roles. Preferred Qualifications Experience administering Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policy. Working knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, virtual local area networks, and firewall configurations.
Experience managing endpoints using tools such as Microsoft Intune or other mobile device management solutions. Ability to troubleshoot across systems, including servers, applications, and network connectivity, with minimal supervision.
