What You'll Do As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer , you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and commissioning residential heating and cooling systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment Perform complete system replacements and retrofit installations Fabricate and modify ductwork and sheet metal components as needed Lead installation projects and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently Verify proper system operation and complete final testing and startup procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience Follow all company safety standards and installation best practices Schedule: Full-time position with occasional rotating evenings or weekends as business needs require.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Experience leading or assisting with complete HVAC system installations Sheet metal and duct fabrication experience Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, and in varying weather conditions Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Lead Installer experience HVAC certifications Advanced troubleshooting knowledge Experience with residential retrofit and replacement projects Ready to Join Our Team?
