The team works closely together to manage priorities, solve challenges proactively, and maintain a positive environment focused on shared success and operational efficiency. Work Environment Reporting to the ASR/Shredder Plant Manager. This is a full time Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM. Overtime and Saturdays as needed. A Day in The Life Check / Track / repair conveyor belts Check motor / Hydraulic temperature’s and record Replace defective parts on machinery/equipment or adjust clearances and alignment of moving parts Attach moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly using hand tools/power tools Move machinery and equipment using hoists, overhead crane, dollies, rollers etc.
Conduct preventative maintenance and repair and lubricate machines and equipment Provide technical support, adjust settings, confirm proper operation and make recommendations for continuous improvements Check for and unplug jams Other duties as assigned Skills, Experience & Qualifications Must be able to work inside and outside year-round in all weather conditions Minimum 2 years working in a industrial setting.
