The Licensed Practical Nurse accepts accountability for provision of care, as part of the RN led team, in accordance with the current policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
